Welcome to Beehive Tire Storage LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.beehivetirestorage.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Beehive Tire Storage LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services Provided

Beehive Tire Storage LLC provides seasonal tire storage services to customers located in Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our Site or booking services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All service requests must be submitted through our online form or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if payment is not received or if we are unable to provide service due to logistical limitations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Storage Terms

  • We store tires in a secure facility, but we are not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, wear and tear, or issues existing prior to storage.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring tires are properly labeled and in safe condition for storage.

  • Tires must be picked up within 30 days of the agreed end of the storage term. Unclaimed items may be subject to additional fees or disposal.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site

  • Misrepresent your identity or submit false information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beehive Tire Storage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, logos, images, and design) is the property of Beehive Tire Storage LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
