Cancellation Policy

1. Storage Term Storage is provided on an annual (12-month) basis. The storage term begins on the date tires are checked into storage and ends 12 months later. Early cancellation is allowed but no refunds will be issued for unused time. 2. Storage Fees and Payment Storage fees for the full 12-month term must be prepaid in full at the start of the storage period. Renewal reminders will be sent 30 days prior to the end of the current term. 3. Tire Condition Tires must be cleaned and free from excessive dirt, debris, oil, and other contaminants before storage. Beehive Tire Storage LLC reserves the right to reject tires that are unsafe, excessively worn, or damaged. 4. Access and Retrieval Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to access or retrieve their stored tires. Only the account holder or a pre-authorized individual (designated in writing) may retrieve stored tires. 5. Liability Tires are stored at the owner's risk. Beehive Tire Storage LLC is not responsible for damage or loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, water damage, rodents, or natural disasters. Customers are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage for stored items. 6. Unclaimed Property Tires left unclaimed 30 days after the end of the storage term will be considered abandoned property. Beehive Tire Storage LLC reserves the right to dispose of abandoned tires at its discretion. Storage charges will continue to accrue until disposal is completed. 7. Renewals and Rate Changes Storage rates are subject to change. Any rate increase will be communicated to customers at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term. Customers must renew storage by paying the new annual fee to continue storing tires beyond the original term. 8. Changes to Policy Beehive Tire Storage LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Customers will be notified in writing of any significant changes.
